Billing questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You get 14 days of Starter, and we only ask for payment if you decide to stay.
What does the founding price mean?
You keep the launch price for as long as your subscription stays active. People who join later pay more.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It is kept. The workspace drops to one user and no pipeline, and conversation history older than 30 days is hidden until you subscribe again — nothing is deleted. If a trial ends without a subscription, the WhatsApp number is disconnected a week later; your conversations stay, and you reconnect it by scanning the QR code when you subscribe. If you want it all gone, ask us and we delete the workspace.
What if I cancel an annual plan?
It stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and it does not renew.
