Beauty and wellness
See every industryAn empty chair starts as a message nobody saw.
Everyone who serves sees the same inbox, with an owner per conversation. Whoever asked for a slot while your hands were full does not wait until the evening.
- One inbox the whole team can see
- Business hours answer outside opening times
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes on Monday
Without replacing your calendar, and without changing the number on the salon's profile.
The 2pm message does not wait until 8pm
Whoever is free sees it and answers. Every conversation has an owner, so nobody answers twice and nobody assumes the other person did.
A cancelled slot goes back to the pile
Whoever cancelled comes back labelled and snoozed to the following week. The open slot becomes a message to someone on the waiting list — inside the thread that already exists.
The return visit happens on the right cycle
A keep-in-touch cadence of four, six or eight weeks, per client. In beauty, repeat business is the entire business.
Three routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
Booking without stopping mid-appointment
The question always arrives at the worst possible moment.
- Quick replies with prices, duration and the address
- Label by service straight from the row
- Business hours answer when the salon is closed
They cancelled — now what
An open slot is a loss if nobody knows about it.
- A cancelled label and a snooze to the following week
- The “Never answered” tab shows who got no reply
- Custom fields for preferred stylist and service
Bringing back whoever drifted
A client who has not been in for three months will not return on their own.
- A keep-in-touch cadence on each service's cycle
- One satisfaction question, after the appointment
- The report shows who stopped coming
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It is not a calendar and does not hold a slot
Unibox has no calendar, does not reserve a time, and does not talk to the booking system you already use. It organises the conversation the slot was agreed in. If your pain is the calendar itself, Unibox alone does not solve it.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

Does it replace my booking app?
No. There is no calendar here. The diary stays where it is; Unibox is the conversation before and after it. Worth it if messages are getting lost, not if the diary is the problem.
There are two of us. Does that work?
It is the right size. One connected number, both of you seeing the same inbox, every conversation with an owner. The plan goes up to three people.
Can I send a promotion to my client list?
No, and that will not change. There is no blast here and there is a cap per number. Mass promotion is the fastest way to lose the number on the salon's profile.
What about the history already on the phone?
We import the last 90 days when the number connects. In practice it is usually less, because it depends on what the handset still holds.
