See every industryYour reps carry the account list on their phones. You cannot see any of it.
Every number the team uses on one screen, with a sales pipeline behind it. The buyer who negotiated in March is still your customer in June, even if the person who talked to him has left.
- Every rep's WhatsApp on one screen
- One buyer, one history, whichever number
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes on Monday
None of this needs the ERP integrated, or a different number from the one your reps already sell from.
The account list stops living on a phone
If a rep travels, falls ill or resigns, the conversation stays on the team's screen. The buyer's history does not walk out with the handset.
You can see who owes a reply
Every conversation has an owner. Switch on a timer and one nobody answered comes off its owner and back to the pile, marked — which is where a sales manager looks.
Repeat orders stop depending on memory
A buyer who orders every 45 days goes into a keep-in-touch cadence. Boomerang brings the thread back on the day you chose, unread, at the top.
The pipeline is what was said, not what was typed
Every conversation is already a card. Nobody fills in a CRM on Friday from memory, because there is nothing left to fill in.
Four routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
An account list per rep
Each one sees theirs without losing sight of the team's.
- Filter by number: only the South list, only the North
- Assign a conversation to an owner from the row
- The unassigned tab shows what is orphaned
Price list and payment terms
The question that arrives most and creates the most rework.
- Saved quick replies carrying the current terms
- A tracked catalogue link, so you know who opened it
- Custom fields for the tax ID, the route and the agreed terms
From quote to invoice
Without leaving the conversation the price was agreed in.
- Move the stage from the inbox row, without opening it
- Put the value on the card when it closes
- A lost reason when it does not — that is the missing data
Restocking and repeat business
The buyer who already orders is the cheapest one to sell to again.
- A keep-in-touch cadence per customer, on their cycle
- Snooze to the likely date of the next order
- The report shows who stopped ordering
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It does not talk to your ERP
Unibox does not check stock, pull a price list or raise an order in your system. A person still types the order. What we keep is the conversation it was agreed in — and API access today sits on the Empresa plan, which is not on sale.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

My reps use their own phones. Does that work?
It does, and it is the common case. Each person connects a number by QR code and the phone keeps working at the same time. Read the risk section above before choosing which number — the advice is to use a company number.
If a rep leaves, do I keep the history?
You do. Conversations belong to the workspace, not the person. You remove their access and the threads stay, with the full history, for whoever takes over the list.
I have eight reps. Do they fit on the plan?
Not today. The plan we sell goes up to three people, with one WhatsApp number each. For a bigger team, talk to us before subscribing — better you know now than at the tenth invite.
Can it integrate with my ERP?
Not today, honestly. There is an API, it sits on the Empresa plan, and it deliberately cannot start a conversation — only reply inside one that exists. Nothing here raises an order in your system.
What about the history already on the phones?
We import the last 90 days from each number when it connects. In practice it is usually less, because it depends on what the handset still holds.
