Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and say which workspace you mean. Replying to an email we sent you also reaches us, but nothing about your account travels with it — this page used to say it did, and telling you to name the workspace yourself is quicker than us guessing.
Where we are
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We work across North American and Latin American time zones. We do not have a walk-in office, and we would rather answer email quickly than staff a phone line badly.
