We are a small independent team in Vancouver. When we do hire, it will be for people who have used a product like this in anger — salespeople who lived in WhatsApp, engineers who have run a sync worker at 3am, support people who can read a stack trace.

Small scope, shipped. We would rather put one real feature in front of customers this week than plan four for next quarter.

Say the hard part. Our own terms tell customers that connecting WhatsApp can get their number banned. That instinct — flag the problem early, even when it costs us — is the one thing we would not compromise on in a hire.

No growth theatre. We are not venture-funded. We answer to the people paying us, which means we can be honest about what the product does not do yet.

We work with a small number of contractors on design, localisation and go-to-market in Latin America. Same address, same instruction: send the work, not the pitch.
