Your store sells on WhatsApp. The whole team needs to see it.

Every number the store uses on one screen, with a sales pipeline behind it. The customer who asked about a price on Tuesday does not disappear because whoever answered is off today.

  • Every store number on one screen
  • Every conversation has an owner
  • Your last 90 days, imported

What changes on Monday

None of this needs your ERP integrated, or a different number from the one you already sell from.

Nobody answers twice

Every conversation has an owner and the name sits on the row. Switch on a reply timer and one nobody answered comes off its owner and back to the pile, marked.

The customer who went quiet comes back

Snooze a conversation until Thursday at 9 and it returns to the top, unread. “Call me after the 10th” stops depending on somebody remembering.

The sale does not live in one phone

If the salesperson travels, the conversation stays on the team's screen. One contact, one history, whichever of your store's numbers they messaged.

You know what the store sold

How many conversations became deals, who answered, how long it took, and what went unanswered.

Four routines to set up in week one

All of it is on the plan we sell today.

“Is it in stock?”

The question that arrives most and gets lost most.

  • Label the conversation Stock straight from the inbox row
  • Reply with a saved quick reply and a tracked link to the product
  • Snooze it to tomorrow if the piece lands later

Click and collect

From “it's packed” to the customer in the car park, in one thread.

  • Move it to the Pickup stage from the row, without opening it
  • The customer messages on arrival and the thread jumps to the top
  • Ask how it went afterwards, once

Sale week

The volume triples and the team is the same size.

  • Filter by number: only Sales, or only After-sales
  • Business hours answer outside opening times
  • “Never answered” shows who was left hanging

After-sales and repeat business

The customer who already bought is the cheapest one to sell to again.

  • Keep-in-touch cadences for people worth not forgetting
  • Custom fields for their size, their brand, what they are after
  • The satisfaction survey shows who would not come back

What Unibox does not do

Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.

No bulk sending

There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.

It cannot message someone first

Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.

It does not check your stock for you

A person confirms the XL is on the shelf. Unibox keeps the question, the label and the answer in one place — it does not talk to your ERP or your POS, and it does not know how many are left.

Roadmap — not live yet

Caio, our chief AI officer

He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.

Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.

  • Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
  • Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
  • Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up

The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.

Before you connect your number, read this

We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

What retail teams ask first

Can I use the number the store already advertises?

Yes, and that is the normal path. You scan a QR code and the phone keeps working at the same time, because Unibox joins as a linked device. Read the risk section above before choosing which number.

I have two stores on different numbers. Can they stay separate?

They can. Each number shows on screen and you filter by it: only Westfield, only the high street. A thread keeps the number it arrived on, so the reply goes out from the right one. The plan we sell today fits one number per person, up to three.

Can the customer tell there is a tool in the middle?

No. The message arrives from your usual number and profile. Unibox sits on your side of the glass.

Can it tell a customer automatically that their order arrived?

Not today, and that is deliberate. Our API replies inside an existing conversation and has no endpoint to start one. In practice the flow works when the customer messages — which is what they do when they are in the car park.

What about the history already on the phone?

We import the last 90 days when you connect. In practice it is usually less, because it depends on what the handset still holds.
