See every industryYour dealers message one person. When she is away, the network goes quiet.
Technical questions, warranty claims and reorders from the whole dealer network in one inbox, with an owner on each. Nobody has to know which sales engineer the dealer usually writes to.
- The whole dealer network in one inbox
- Warranty and technical questions get an owner
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes on Monday
Without touching your ERP, your quality system or the numbers your dealers already use.
A dealer's question stops depending on one person
Everyone in the technical team sees the same inbox. When the usual contact is on the road, the question is still answered the same day.
The same fault, reported twice, becomes visible
Label by product line and you can see the same symptom arriving from two dealers in a week — which is how a field problem is normally spotted far too late.
Reorders stop being a rediscovery
A keep-in-touch cadence on the dealer's own cycle, and the value on the card when the order closes. What you sent last quarter is in the thread, not in somebody's memory.
Three routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
Technical question in
The dealer's customer is waiting while your engineer is in a meeting.
- Label by product line and fault type from the row
- Quick replies asking for serial, photo and install date
- A reply timer returns anything nobody answered to the pile
Warranty claim
The conversation that decides whether a dealer trusts you.
- A Warranty stage moved from the inbox row
- Custom fields for serial number, line and install date
- One satisfaction question once it is resolved
Reorder and coverage
Which dealers are buying, and which have gone quiet.
- A keep-in-touch cadence per dealer, on their cycle
- The value on the card when the order closes
- The report shows who stopped ordering this quarter
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It is not a quality system and does not raise orders
Unibox does not track a defect through a quality process, does not hold serial-number records, does not raise an order in your ERP and does not manage warranty entitlement. It is the conversation where all of that starts. The systems of record stay where they are.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

Can it connect to our ERP or quality system?
Not on the plan we sell. The API sits on the Empresa tier and, by design, it cannot start a conversation — it replies inside one that exists. Nothing here writes to your ERP.
We have a technical team of six. Does that fit?
Not today. The plan goes up to three people with one number each. For a bigger technical desk, talk to us before subscribing rather than after the fourth invite.
Can we send a technical bulletin to every dealer?
Not as a blast — there is no bulk sending and there is a cap per number. For a bulletin to the whole network, your dealer portal is the right instrument.
Our dealers are in several countries. Does that matter?
Only for the number you connect. Each connected number is one seat, and a thread keeps the number it arrived on, so replies go back out from the right one.
