Travel and hospitality
See every industryA trip is decided over six weeks of messages. Try holding that in your head.
Quote, hold, deposit, arrival — every stage on one screen, with the whole conversation attached. The family that priced a package in March and went quiet does not get forgotten in May.
- Quotes get a stage, a value and a travel date
- Business hours answer when guests actually write
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes this season
Without replacing your booking system, your channel manager or the number on your listing.
The quote stops being a message in a long thread
A stage, a value and a travel date on the card. You can see every open quote by the month people are travelling, which is how the business actually thinks.
The follow-up lands before the hold expires
Snooze to the day before the deadline and the thread returns to the top, unread. That single follow-up is most of the difference between a quote and a deposit.
Whoever is on shift can answer
A guest writing at 23:40 reaches an inbox the team shares, with the whole trip attached, instead of a phone somebody took home.
Three routines to set up before the season
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
The quote request
Dates, party size, budget — the same four questions every time.
- Quick replies that ask for all four at once
- Custom fields for travel dates, party size and the trip type
- Label by month of travel straight from the row
Quoted and holding
The window where the decision actually gets made.
- A Quoted stage with the value on the card
- Snooze to the day before the hold expires
- A lost reason when they book elsewhere — price, dates or availability
Before and after the trip
The repeat guest is the one the season depends on.
- A Pre-arrival label so the front desk sees it first
- One satisfaction question after checkout
- A keep-in-touch cadence timed to the same month next year
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It is not a booking engine and holds no availability
Unibox does not know what rooms are free, does not take a reservation, does not process a deposit and does not talk to a channel manager. It organises the conversation where the trip is agreed. The booking still happens in your system.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

Does it replace our booking system?
No. It holds no availability and takes no payment. It is the weeks of messages before the booking, which is where the sale is won and where nothing is currently recorded.
Can it send pre-arrival information automatically?
Only inside a conversation that already exists — which, for a guest who booked over WhatsApp, it does. We cannot open a conversation with someone who booked through a channel and never messaged you.
Can we send an offer to past guests?
Not as a blast. There is no bulk sending and there is a cap per number. The keep-in-touch cadence brings each guest's own thread back so you write to them individually.
Reception is four people across shifts. Does that fit?
Not on the plan we sell today, which goes up to three people with one number each. Talk to us before subscribing.
