See every industryThe question that decides the sale arrives before the checkout, not after.
Sizing, compatibility, shipping cost — the messages that decide whether a cart converts, in one inbox with an owner and a stage. Not another ticket queue for parcels in transit.
- Pre-sale questions get an owner and a stage
- The abandoned conversation comes back on your day
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes this week
Without replacing your storefront, your checkout or your shipping tool.
The sizing question gets answered in minutes, not hours
Everyone sees the same inbox and each conversation has an owner. Pre-sale questions go stale faster than any other kind — the buyer is on a competitor's page already.
“I'll think about it” becomes a dated follow-up
Snooze the conversation to Thursday and it returns to the top, unread. That is the abandoned-cart recovery that does not need a marketing blast.
You find out why people did not buy
A lost reason on the card, in the customer's own words. Out of stock, too expensive, wrong size — it is the report your analytics cannot produce.
Three routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
Pre-sale questions
Sizing, compatibility, materials, delivery time.
- Quick replies for the five questions that repeat
- A tracked product link, so you know who opened it
- Label by product line straight from the row
The conversation that stalls
Nearly bought is the largest segment you never measure.
- A Deciding stage with the value on the card
- Snooze to the day they said they would come back
- A lost reason when they do not
After the parcel lands
The second order costs a fraction of the first.
- One satisfaction question after delivery
- A keep-in-touch cadence for consumables on their cycle
- Custom fields for size, model and preference
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
No order status, no store integration
Unibox does not connect to your storefront, does not know order status, and cannot send a shipping update on its own — the API deliberately has no endpoint that opens a conversation. If what you need is automated WISMO replies, this is not that tool.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

Does it integrate with my store platform?
No. It does not read orders, stock or tracking. This is for the conversation, which on most stores that sell over WhatsApp is where the margin actually is.
Can it answer “where is my order” automatically?
No. We cannot open a conversation, and we do not know the order status. A tracking page handles that better than any inbox will.
Can I send an abandoned-cart message?
Only inside a conversation that already exists. If the buyer messaged you and went quiet, snoozing brings it back on your chosen day. If they never messaged you, we deliberately cannot reach them.
Can I run a campaign to my customer list?
No, and that will not change. There is no bulk sending and there is a cap per number — protecting the number your store advertises is the point.
