Automotive
See every industryA test drive is a three-week conversation. It lives on one salesperson's phone.
Every number the showroom and the workshop use on one screen, with a pipeline behind the vehicle sale. The buyer who drove it on Saturday and went quiet comes back on the day you choose.
- Showroom and workshop numbers on one screen
- Every enquiry has an owner and a stage
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes on Monday
Without replacing your dealer management system, and without changing the numbers on your listings.
The vehicle sale becomes a pipeline
Enquiry, test drive booked, drove it, quoted, sold. You can see how many stall after the drive, which is where almost all of them stall.
The Saturday follow-up actually happens
Snooze to Monday morning and the thread returns to the top, unread. Nobody has to remember who drove what at the weekend.
The workshop stops interrupting the showroom
Filter by number: only Sales, only Service. Two businesses on one screen without either drowning the other.
Three routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
Enquiry to test drive
Speed decides who gets the visit.
- Quick replies with availability, documents needed and the address
- Label by model and by new or used from the row
- Assign to a salesperson without opening the thread
After the drive
The conversation that decides the sale, and the one nobody makes.
- A Drove it stage with the value on the card
- Snooze to the next working morning
- A lost reason when they buy elsewhere — that is your competitor report
Service and the next one
A serviced car is the cheapest lead for the next sale.
- Custom fields for plate, model and mileage
- A keep-in-touch cadence on the service interval
- One satisfaction question after the car is collected
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It does not read your stock or your service diary
Unibox does not connect to a dealer management system, does not know which cars are on the forecourt, does not book a ramp and does not price a trade-in. A person does all of that. What we keep is the conversation it happened in.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

Each salesperson uses their own phone. Does that work?
It does — that is the usual case. Each connects a number by QR code and you see them all on one screen, filtered by person. Read the risk section above before deciding whose number goes in.
If a salesperson leaves, do I keep their conversations?
Yes. Conversations belong to the workspace. You remove their access and the history stays for whoever takes over the customer.
Can it remind customers their service is due?
Only inside a conversation that already exists. There is no endpoint that opens one, and no bulk sending — a keep-in-touch cadence brings the thread back to you so you write to one person.
We have six in sales plus the workshop. Does that fit?
Not on the plan we sell today, which goes up to three people with one number each. Talk to us before subscribing rather than after.
