See every industryYou send the quote between jobs and never chase it.
Quotes, scheduling and follow-ups in one inbox the whole team can see. Whoever asked for a price on Tuesday and went quiet comes back to the top on the day you choose.
- One inbox the whole team can see
- A sent quote becomes a stage, not a mental note
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes on Monday
Without changing the number on the sign, the van and the advert.
A sent quote becomes a stage, not a mental note
You can see how many quotes are open and how old each one is. The pipeline is the list currently living in your head.
Whoever did not reply comes back
Snooze the thread for three days and it returns to the top, unread. That is the follow-up that converts and never happens.
Two people stop booking the same Thursday
Every conversation has an owner and the name sits on the row. Whoever is on site and whoever is in the office see the same thing.
Three routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
From enquiry to quote
The part that repeats on every single job.
- Label by type of work straight from the row
- Quick replies with what you need to know before quoting
- Custom fields for the address, property type and timescale
Open quotes
The money that is already nearly yours.
- A Quote stage with the value on the card
- Snooze to the three-day follow-up
- A lost reason when the customer goes elsewhere
Job done, and after
Maintenance is recurring revenue nobody asks for.
- A keep-in-touch cadence for the six-month check
- One satisfaction question, after the job
- The report shows what became work and what did not
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It does not raise job sheets or invoices
Unibox has no work orders, no parts inventory, no invoicing and no field-service integration. The value on the card is typed by you so it becomes a report. It is the conversation organised, not the workshop's system.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

It is me and one helper. Is it worth it?
It is if you are losing quotes because nobody chases them. If you work alone and can hold it all in your head, probably not yet.
Can I use my number, the one on the sign and the van?
You can, and most do. But read the risk section above first: the connection is an unofficial client and WhatsApp can ban the number. If that number is your entire business, think it through.
Can I send a maintenance offer to all my customers?
No. There is no blast here, deliberately, and there is a cap per number. The route is the keep-in-touch cadence, which brings the thread back so you speak to one person at a time.
What about the history already on the phone?
We import the last 90 days when the number connects. In practice it is usually less, because it depends on what the handset still holds.
