Independent sales reps

See every industry

Four brands, one number, and a report written from memory on Friday.

Every conversation becomes a card with a stage and a value. At month end the number you send the manufacturer comes from what was actually said, not from what you managed to remember.

  • A label per brand, a pipeline per product line
  • The value on the card when the order closes
  • Your last 90 days, imported

What changes on Monday

Without changing the number your customers have had for years, and without becoming a CRM typist.

The manufacturer's report comes out of the pipeline

How many orders, from which customers, which stage they stopped at and why. The lost reason is the figure the brand asks for and nobody has.

Each brand gets its own label

One number, four principals. Filter by label and see one brand's pipeline without the others mixed in.

The customer who orders every 60 days comes back on their own

A keep-in-touch cadence on their cycle, and Boomerang for the day they said they would reply.

If you are ill, someone can pick it up

The conversation is in a shared inbox, not only on your handset. That matters for a rep office of two or three people.

Four routines to set up in week one

All of it is on the plan we sell today.

A label per principal

The simplest way to keep four businesses apart on one number.

  • Create a label per brand and apply it from the row
  • Custom fields for the tax ID, the route and the terms
  • Filter the inbox by label when you talk to the manufacturer

Price lists and terms

The question that repeats all day.

  • Quick replies per brand, carrying the current terms
  • A tracked catalogue link, so you know who opened it
  • Snooze to the day the new list takes effect

From order to invoice

The stretch where an order disappears between WhatsApp and the factory's order desk.

  • A Closed stage with the value on the card
  • An invoiced label when the paperwork goes out
  • A lost reason when the customer buys from a competitor

The month-end report

Thirty minutes instead of an afternoon.

  • The report shows closed, lost and average time
  • Filter by label to split it by principal
  • Whoever did not order within their cycle shows on the list

What Unibox does not do

Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.

No bulk sending

There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.

It cannot message someone first

Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.

It does not raise orders, invoices or commission

Unibox keeps the conversation and the pipeline. It does not raise an order in the manufacturer's system, does not invoice, and does not calculate commission. The value on the card is typed by you so it becomes a report — it is not an integration with anyone's ERP.

Roadmap — not live yet

Caio, our chief AI officer

He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.

Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.

  • Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
  • Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
  • Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up

The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.

Before you connect your number, read this

We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

What reps ask first

I represent four brands on one number. Can they be kept apart?

Yes, with labels. One label per brand, applied from the inbox row, and you filter both the inbox and the report by it. Same number, same history, organised by whoever pays the commission.

I work alone. Is it worth it?

It is if your problem is remembering follow-ups and building a report. Not if you just want a tidier inbox — the product was built for a team to share one inbox, and the plan is charged per person.

Can I use my personal number, the one customers already have?

Technically yes, and we recommend you do not. Read the risk section above: the connection is an unofficial client and WhatsApp can ban the number. A work number you could afford to lose is the right choice.

Can I send the new price list to everyone at once?

No. There is no bulk sending here, deliberately. You reply inside conversations that already exist, and the per-number cap is there precisely to protect yours.

Connect your WhatsApp and see the pipeline already sitting in your conversations

14 days, no card. If it does not suit you, you stop and you keep your data.
