Education and training

See every industry

The enquiry arrives in January. The term starts in March. Nobody follows up in February.

Every enrolment enquiry in one inbox with a pipeline behind it, so a family that asked about fees and went quiet comes back on the day you choose instead of enrolling somewhere else.

  • One inbox the admissions team shares
  • Every enquiry has an owner and a stage
  • Your last 90 days, imported

What changes this intake

Without replacing your student system, and without changing the number on your adverts.

February stops being a dead month

Snooze an enquiry to the week before enrolment opens and it returns to the top, unread. That is the follow-up that decides which school the family picks.

You can see the intake as a funnel

Enquiry, visit booked, visited, enrolled. How many are stuck at each stage, and what the drop between two of them costs you.

Two staff stop answering the same parent

Every conversation has an owner. During enrolment week, when everyone is answering everything, that is the whole problem.

Three routines to set up before the next intake

All of it is on the plan we sell today.

The fees question

The message that arrives most, and the one that gets the slowest answer.

  • Quick replies per course, with fees, timetable and start date
  • Label by course and by intake from the row
  • Business hours answer in the evening, when parents write

Visit booked, then silence

The gap where families quietly choose somewhere else.

  • A Visit stage moved from the row without opening the thread
  • Snooze to the day after the visit
  • A lost reason when they enrol elsewhere — that is your competitor report

Re-enrolment

The cheapest student to enrol is the one you already taught.

  • A keep-in-touch cadence timed to the end of the course
  • Custom fields for course, level and guardian
  • The report shows who did not come back

What Unibox does not do

Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.

No bulk sending

There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.

It cannot message someone first

Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.

It is not a student system and holds no grades

Unibox does not enrol anyone, does not store grades or attendance, and does not connect to your academic system. It is the conversation before enrolment and around it. Keep student records where they belong.

Roadmap — not live yet

Caio, our chief AI officer

He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.

Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.

  • Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
  • Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
  • Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up

The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.

Before you connect your number, read this

We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

What schools ask first

Does it replace our student management system?

No. Nothing here enrols a student, records a grade or takes a payment. It is the admissions conversation, which usually happens on WhatsApp and usually lives nowhere.

Can we message all parents about a schedule change?

Not as a blast, deliberately. There is no bulk sending and there is a cap per number. For an announcement to every family, a school broadcast tool is the right instrument and we are not it.

We have five people in admissions. Does that fit?

Not on the plan we sell today, which goes up to three people with one number each. Talk to us before subscribing rather than after the fourth invite.

Parents write about a child. Is there anything to be careful about?

Treat it as you would any message on a staff phone today. We do not add a separate encryption layer to message bodies, and the plan we sell has no audit log — so do not use the inbox as a record about a minor.
