Clinics with a team
See every industryFive conversations sit between the consultation and the procedure. You see one.
The front desk's WhatsApp on one screen, with a pipeline that runs from first contact to aftercare. The patient who asked for a quote in March and said she would think about it does not become a number nobody has.
- The whole front desk on one screen, with an owner per thread
- Whoever went quiet comes back on the day you set
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes on Monday
Without replacing your booking system, and without changing the number the clinic already advertises.
Two receptionists stop answering the same patient
Every conversation has an owner and the name sits on the row. Switch on a timer and one nobody answered comes back to the pile, marked.
“I'll think about it” gets a date
Snooze the thread for ten days and it returns to the top, unread. That is the follow-up that currently depends on somebody remembering — and nobody does.
The pipeline shows where quotes die
Consultation, quote, booked, done. You can see how many stopped at the quote and what that cost for the month.
Aftercare stops being a when-we-get-to-it
A keep-in-touch cadence for the 30-day check, and one satisfaction question afterwards — once, at an hour when asking is not rude.
Four routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
First contact and booking
Most of the volume, and the most repetitive part of it.
- Quick replies with prices, preparation and the address
- Label by procedure straight from the row
- Business hours answer outside opening times
Quote sent, then silence
The exact point where a clinic loses money.
- Move to the Quote stage without opening the thread
- Snooze to the day the patient said she would reply
- The “Never answered” tab shows who was left hanging
Confirmations and no-shows
An empty chair is the most expensive thing in the day.
- Confirm inside the existing thread, not as a blast
- Custom fields for practitioner, room and procedure
- Whoever cancelled returns to the pile with a label
Recalls and repeat treatment
Aesthetics lives on the patients who come back.
- A keep-in-touch cadence on the treatment's own cycle
- One satisfaction question, after the appointment
- The report shows who did not come back
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It is not a patient record and must not become one
Unibox stores WhatsApp conversations, not clinical data. We do not add our own encryption layer to message bodies — our privacy policy says so plainly — and we are not a health records system. Use it to book, quote and follow up; diagnoses and treatment notes belong in your records system.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

Does it replace my booking system?
No, and it does not try. The calendar stays where it is. Unibox is the conversation that happens before and after it — and today it does not talk to your system, because the API sits on the Empresa plan and cannot start conversations.
Three people answer the same number. Does that work?
That is exactly the case. One connected number, three people seeing the same inbox, every conversation with an owner. The plan we sell today goes up to three people.
Can it send automatic appointment reminders?
Not as a blast. Our API only replies inside a conversation that already exists, deliberately. In practice the confirmation goes out in the same thread the patient booked in — which is where she is already looking.
What about data protection?
You remain the controller of your patients' data and we are the processor. What we store, for how long and who processes it is in the privacy policy, including what we do not do. Clinical data should not go in here.
What about the history already on the front desk phone?
We import the last 90 days when the number connects. In practice it is usually less, because it depends on what the handset still holds.
