Logistics and delivery

See every industry

The quote is the sale, and it happens on WhatsApp.

Every quote request in one inbox with an owner, a stage and a value. The customer who asked what a pallet to the coast costs, and then went quiet, comes back on the day you choose.

  • Quote requests get an owner, a stage and a value
  • Drivers and the office see the same conversation
  • Your last 90 days, imported

What changes this week

Without replacing your TMS, your tracking or the number on the side of the lorry.

Quotes stop dying in a chat

A stage and a value on every one, so you can see how many are open, how old they are, and what you win against what you send.

The driver's problem reaches the office instantly

Nobody at the gate, wrong address, refused delivery — it lands in a shared inbox with an owner instead of a phone nobody is watching.

The regular shipper stops being a memory

A keep-in-touch cadence on their shipping cycle. Freight is repeat business and repeat business depends on somebody calling.

Three routines to set up in week one

All of it is on the plan we sell today.

Quote request in

The message that decides whether you get the job.

  • Quick replies asking for weight, dimensions, postcode and date
  • Custom fields for route, vehicle type and insurance
  • Label by route straight from the row

Quoted, then silence

The gap where the customer takes a cheaper number.

  • A Quoted stage with the value on the card
  • Snooze to the day after you sent it
  • A lost reason when they go elsewhere — price, date or capacity

On the road

The half of the day that goes wrong in a phone call.

  • A Collection label so the office sees it first
  • A reply timer returns anything nobody picked up to the pile
  • One satisfaction question after delivery

What Unibox does not do

Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.

No bulk sending

There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.

It cannot message someone first

Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.

It does not track a shipment or plan a route

Unibox has no tracking, no proof of delivery, no route planning and no TMS integration. It cannot tell a customer their parcel is out for delivery, because the API deliberately has no endpoint that opens a conversation. Your tracking system does that job better than any inbox.

Roadmap — not live yet

Caio, our chief AI officer

He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.

Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.

  • Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
  • Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
  • Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up

The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.

Before you connect your number, read this

We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

What carriers ask first

Does it replace our tracking or TMS?

No, and it should not. It holds no shipment data. What it holds is the quote and the exception — the two conversations that today live in somebody's chat history.

Can it send delivery notifications?

No. We cannot start a conversation with someone who has not messaged us, by design. If automated delivery notifications are what you need, that is a tracking platform's job.

Our drivers use their own phones. Can they be on it?

Each connected number costs a seat, and the plan we sell fits three people with one number each. For a fleet, this is the office's inbox rather than every driver's — talk to us before subscribing.

What about the history already on the office phone?

We import the last 90 days when the number connects. In practice it is usually less, because it depends on what the handset still holds.

Connect the office WhatsApp and see how many quotes are still open

14 days, no card. If it does not suit you, you stop and you keep your data.
