Restaurants and delivery
See every industryA booking, an order and a fifty-cover quote all land mid-service.
All on the same number, in an inbox the floor and the kitchen can both see. The event quote stops competing with a lunch order for the attention of whoever is holding the phone.
- Labels separate bookings, orders and events
- Business hours answer outside service
- Your last 90 days, imported
What changes on Monday
Without replacing your POS, your delivery system or the number on the menu.
The event stops getting lost among the lunch orders
A label separates the event quote from the order of the day, and the pipeline shows how many quotes became bookings. It is the highest ticket in the house and the worst tracked.
Whoever asked for a quote and went quiet comes back
Snooze the thread to the next day and it returns to the top. On events, the 48-hour follow-up decides who wins it.
Nobody answers the same booking twice
Every conversation has an owner. At the peak of service that is the difference between confirming and confusing.
Three routines to set up in week one
All of it is on the plan we sell today.
Separate the three kinds of enquiry
Bookings, orders and events do not share a deadline or an owner.
- One label per type, applied straight from the row
- Assign events to whoever handles events
- Filter the inbox by label during peak service
Event quotes
The ticket that pays the month, treated as a pipeline.
- A Quote stage with the value on the card
- Custom fields for date, headcount and format
- Snooze to the 48-hour follow-up
A full weekend
Volume doubles and the team is on the floor.
- Quick replies with the menu, delivery fee and timing
- Business hours answer when the kitchen is closed
- “Never answered” shows who got nothing back at the peak
What Unibox does not do
Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.
No bulk sending
There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.
It cannot message someone first
Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.
It is not a POS, takes no payment and holds no menu
Unibox does not close a bill, does not integrate with delivery marketplaces, does not process payment and has no digital menu. It organises the conversation. If the order arrives through a delivery app, it does not pass through here.
Caio, our chief AI officer
He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.
Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.
- Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
- Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
- Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up
The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.
Before you connect your number, read this
We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

Does it integrate with the delivery apps?
No. Nothing arriving through a marketplace passes through Unibox. This is for the order that comes to the restaurant's own WhatsApp — which in most restaurants is the higher-margin one, precisely because there is no commission on it.
Half my orders arrive through social DMs, not WhatsApp.
Then Unibox solves only part of your problem, and you are better off knowing now. We handle WhatsApp and nothing else — whatever arrives somewhere else keeps arriving there. If most of your volume is not WhatsApp, this is not the moment to subscribe.
Can I send today's menu to my list?
No. There is no blast here and there is a cap per number. Sending a menu to the whole list is exactly the behaviour that gets a restaurant's number banned.
Three people use the restaurant's WhatsApp. Does that work?
It does, and it is the common case. One number, three people in the same inbox, every conversation with an owner. The plan goes up to three people.
