This depends entirely on where your buyers answer.

In Brazil and much of Latin America, a software sale runs on WhatsApp — demo scheduling, the security question, the nudge before renewal. If that is your market, this is a shared inbox with a pipeline. If your buyers answer anywhere but WhatsApp, and north of the equator they usually do, read the next paragraph and then close the tab.

  • A pipeline built from the conversation, not typed after it
  • Every thread has an owner and a stage
  • Your last 90 days, imported

Is it right for you?

Not for a team whose buyers answer everywhere except WhatsApp

If your pipeline runs on automated sequences, calendar links and a CRM that everything syncs into, Unibox will make your life worse, not better. We sync to no CRM, we have no calendar, we send nothing on our own, and we carry one channel only. There is one honest reason to be here: your buyers actually answer on WhatsApp and that conversation currently lives on one person's phone. If that is not true of you, we are not the tool.

If your buyers are on WhatsApp, this is what changes

Without replacing your CRM — and without pretending we connect to it.

The deal stops living on an account executive's phone

If they leave, the thread stays. Whoever takes the account reads what was promised, including what the buyer objected to.

The pipeline is built from what was said

Each conversation is already a card with a stage and a value. Nobody updates a CRM on Friday from memory, because the record is the conversation.

The renewal conversation gets a date

A keep-in-touch cadence timed to the contract, so the check-in happens before the month it renews rather than the week after.

Three routines, if the fit is right

All of it is on the plan we sell today.

Inbound to demo

Speed of first reply decides more of this than the deck does.

  • Quick replies with availability and what to prepare
  • Label by segment and by source from the row
  • Assign to an owner without opening the thread

The security question

The stall that looks like disinterest and is not.

  • A tracked link to your security page, so you know it was opened
  • A Procurement stage with the value on the card
  • Snooze to the date they said the review lands

Renewal and expansion

The cheapest revenue you have, and the easiest to forget.

  • A keep-in-touch cadence on the contract date
  • Custom fields for plan, seats and renewal month
  • A lost reason when an account churns, in their words

What Unibox does not do

Said here rather than discovered after you subscribe. It is the reason to believe the rest of this page.

No bulk sending

There is no blast, and there is a cap on how much leaves each number. That is a decision rather than a gap: blasting is the fastest way to lose your business's number.

It cannot message someone first

Our API replies inside a conversation that already exists and deliberately has no endpoint to open one. Every automation here starts after the person has messaged you.

No CRM sync, no sequences, no calendar

We do not connect to Salesforce, HubSpot or anything else. There is an API but it sits on the Empresa plan and deliberately cannot open a conversation. There is no calendar booking and no automated sequencing, and WhatsApp is the only channel we carry. If those are load-bearing for your motion, this will not carry it.

Roadmap — not live yet

Caio, our chief AI officer

He reads the conversation and writes the draft. You are the one who sends it.

Caio is being built, and this section exists to say what he will do rather than to imply he already does it. Nothing above on this page depends on him.

  • Drafts the reply with the customer's history to hand — you review and send
  • Reads “call me Tuesday” as a snooze and sets the return
  • Summarises a three-week thread for whoever just picked it up

The badge comes off the day he ships. Until then he is not a feature and he is not in the price.

Before you connect your number, read this

We connect by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no Meta verification, no waiting. The cost of that is real: WhatsApp's terms do not permit unofficial clients, and it may warn, restrict or ban a number that uses one. The risk is yours, it rises with volume, and it is why we cap sending and do not blast. The advice we would give a friend: connect the business's number, not the owner's personal phone.

What software teams ask first

Does it sync with our CRM?

No. Nothing here writes to a CRM, and we are not planning to pretend otherwise on a marketing page. Most teams who use us for this keep the CRM for closed business and use the pipeline for live conversations.

Do you support SSO and audit logs for our security review?

Not on the plan we sell. Role permissions and audit logging sit on the Empresa tier, which is not on sale today. If your own procurement would fail us on that, it is better to know now.

Can we run sequences to a prospect list?

No, and never will. There is no bulk sending, there is a cap per number, and cold outbound over WhatsApp is the fastest way to lose the number. If outbound sequencing is the job, it belongs in a tool built for that, and we are not it.

We are a team of eight. Does that fit?

Not today. Three people, one WhatsApp number each. Talk to us before subscribing.
